Shipping Rates

Teerex Technologies LLP offers free shipping on orders over Rs. 1000. The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is based on the sub-total in your cart and does not include tax or any applied coupons. Any order below Rs. 1000 is charged a flat rate of Rs. 80 (+GST). Free shipping applies only to orders placed online.

We use FedEx, Blue Dart, and other common carriers for consignment deliveries. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours, though in some cases, tracking information may not be available online.

Bulk orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer or need to be imported require a longer lead time and are not shipped the same day. Relevant information for these orders will be communicated to you directly by our account executive.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days across India. If an item is unavailable for immediate dispatch or delivery is to a remote location, it may take longer. Customers will be informed via email in such cases.

Returns & Replacement Policy

At Teerex Technologies LLP, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to return an item due to a valid issue, please contact us with your order number and details about the product. Our team will guide you through the replacement process.

Payment Policy (No Cash on Delivery):

Currently Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods at checkout

Replacement Eligibility:

We allow replacement of products within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:

• The product is defective, used, altered, or the seal is broken.
• The product or packaging is physically damaged.
• The package was empty or some item/accessory was missing.
• The item received is significantly different from the specifications mentioned (wrong size, colour, or material issue).

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, with the seal unbroken.
• All original items from the package (e.g., Price Tags, Labels, Original packing, Invoice) must be included.

To request a replacement, email us at sales@protoparts.in with the following details:

• Order ID
• Reason for replacement
• Images clearly showing the damage/missing item

Once we receive your request, our Customer Support team will confirm the replacement and inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that return packets be properly packaged to avoid further damage. The final decision on the request will be at Teerex Technologies LLP's discretion and cannot be contested.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds. If your product is eligible for a return, we will provide a replacement only.
